These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "You") and DRALOGY ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, custom software solutions, business applications, and Modular ERP platform.

By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting a consultation, or deploying our software modules, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Services

DRALOGY provides modern enterprise technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Corporate web engineering, digital portals, product catalogs, and high-conversion landing pages.
• Modular ERP architecture (Inventory Management, Point of Sale, Invoicing, CRM, Accounting, HR, and Owner Dashboards).
• Custom web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), enterprise API integrations, and IoT operational telemetry.
• System consulting, business workflow digitization, and technical maintenance.

2. Account Registration and Authentication

To utilize specific features of our ERP platform or client portals, you may be required to register an account or authenticate using third-party identity providers such as Google Sign-In / Google OAuth.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting consultation forms or account profiles.
• When authenticating via Google OAuth, you authorize DRALOGY to verify your identity strictly pursuant to our Privacy Policy and Google's API User Data Policy.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or security incidents involving your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• DRALOGY Assets: All proprietary source code, modular frameworks, UX/UI designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technologies provided on this website are the exclusive property of DRALOGY and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Client Data: All operational business data, customer records, and trade secrets inputted into the platform by the client remain the sole property of the client.
• License to Use: Clients using DRALOGY modular solutions are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and operate the software for their internal business operations in accordance with their service agreement.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

In utilizing DRALOGY's platform and services, you expressly agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from DRALOGY's proprietary modules without prior written consent.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or defamatory activities, or distribute malicious code.
• Interfere with system infrastructure, launch denial-of-service attacks, conduct unauthorized vulnerability probes, or breach server security.
• Misuse third-party APIs (including Google APIs) in violation of respective developer policies.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality standards for client operational data and employ secure encryption protocols. All handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure 99.9% operational availability and system integrity, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• DRALOGY shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss resulting from unauthorized credential compromise by users or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the modular software platform if you violate these Terms, breach contractual payment terms, or engage in unlawful activities threatening our systems or other users.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent district courts in Indonesia.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. The updated version will be published here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
